Actor out of sync messages

Hi

 

I am in the process of upgrading my device from 11.4.0 to 11.5.1. Software installs successfully and I can boot into the new location.

 

What happens is that the my Interfaces don't want to go online and the say "unpopulated" as I am using the Fibre Ports. The following is logged saying "actor out of sync" for the 2 ports that have been configured. When I reboot back into 11.4.0 partition everything works again.

 

What could be causing that my Fibre ports are not coming online? Is there anything that I can try to check why the ports are saying "unpopulated" besides trying to use different ports on the device?

    Hi Sulaiman,

    Can you post the configuration of the interface when you receive the Actor out of sync message

    For example it should look something like this:

      net interface 2.1 {
    mac-address 0:1:d7:e4:ea:c
    media-max 1000T-FD
    media-sfp 1000LX-FD
    stp disabled
