Fetching a list of AD groups is generally not the best way to do things. Considering some organizations have thousands of AD groups and in addition have hundreds of nested groups. It can take a long time to respond.

 

 

Without looking at further details, it might be best to create a case and troubleshoot that way.

 

 

When you state the backup firepass, are you referring to a cluster or HA pair?
