9.4.5 vs 9.3.1 Question

I'm in the process of lease replacing a redundant pair of 1500s that are running 9.3.1 (LTM) with a new pair of 1500s. I have always stayed away from the feature releases to let them get baked in. But...

That is the rub, isn't it? I've been running on 9.4.3 HF2 for several months now with no incidents if that helps.
