403: Forbiden : Access Is denied

 

Hi All,

 

 

we implemented Exchange OWA over f5 LTM 10.2.1 load balancer . I am able to access OWA from local server with out any problme . but when i am trying to access the OWA mail through https :// vip ip i am getting 403: Forbiden : Access Is denied .

 

You do not have permission to view this directory or page using the credentials that you supplied.

 

 

any one have an idea how to resolve this problem ?

    What type of authentication are you using on OWA? Do you get a prompt for credentials when using the LTM virtual server?

     

     

    Can you compare a tcpdump of the client direct to OWA with a tcpdump via the LTM virtual server?

    Did you disable SSL Required flag on the IIS? Are you using Integrated Authentication or Forms-based authentication?
