403 error after entering the correct credentials for loadbalacer url

Hi All,

 

I couldnt able to grap the siteminder cookie from loadbalancer url, received 403 error

 

Steps: 1) Enter loadbalancer URL http://274.26.100.70/OAuthDemo/cookiegenerator.html Note: load balancer port is mapped to uscls192.airservices.eds.com, in this only application is protected by siteminder

 

2) Siteminder Challenges, enter id/password

 

After entering the correct userid/password, received following error

 

403 - Forbidden: Access is denied. You do not have permission to view this directory or page using the credentials that you supplied.

 

But Without loadbalancer url, able to grap cookie using the below url after entering the same credentials http://uscls192.airservices.eds.com/OAuthDemo/cookiegenerator.html

 

Please advise why i received 403 error for loadbalacer url. Any issue with pool or vip configuration?

    Capture the traffic with tcpdump on the client side, to make sure your credentials are being passed. Perhaps post your virtual server configuration here.

    Looks like you don't have require privileged in Site. It means that accessing the page or resource you were trying to reach is absolutely forbidden for some reason.
