NimbostratusI am sure you have figured this out by now, but wanted to post my findings. Maybe it can help others. I was having the exact same issue / error. It turns out it was a lack of permissions on the LTM. You must be an administrator on the LTM to use IControl rest. Once i had my permissions changed it worked as expected.
