CirrusTraffic is coming from Intranet only... but the point is that if I put the servers in a backend VLAN, we will have a lot of connections (mainly UDP packets for voice) that are just passing through the LTMs...
So I think that it is better to go for your first idea to use 4 SNAT pools...
