011f0007:3: http_process_state_prepend - Invalid action EV_INGRESS_DATA during ST_HTTP_PREPEND_HEADERS

You would have to capture the data at a TCP level and the HTTP filter is killing the connection before the iRule. I would look at HTTP post with the wrong content length, that is were I have seen it in the past.
