Are you sure https://abc.com/maximo/ui/?event=loadapp&value=asset&changetab=viewtab&uniquid=123455 exists?

Yes. It exists..... I can access the application multiple ways.
https://abc.com/maximo/ui ----- Default Landing Page
I cannot share the logs from HTTP Server due to security.. I am sorry .. :( .. Is there any other debug process would you like to advice.

I believe that you problem is on the application config.
Either you go to https://abc.com/maximo/ui/?event=loadapp&value=asset&changetab=viewtab&uniquid=123455 or https://abc.com/maximo the saml flow is the same. And probably all the cookies too.
As it works for one of the cases, there could not be any issue neither with flow not with the cookies
