big-ip v13
3 TopicsCrontab for backups - Entries not running
Trying to configure a cron-based daily backup for a vCMP guest, running v13.1.1. As root, using crontab -e, I've added the following lines: 27 8 * * * /usr/bin/tmsh save sys ucs config1.ucs 29 8 * * * /usr/bin/scp /var/local/ucs/config1.ucs user@server:/backups/config1.ucs After exiting, I've verified the changes have saved. Logs reflect that a change has been made. These jobs never happen based on the timestamp of the backup not changing, nor is either job recorded in the logs. I can manually run the same command, and they work successfully. Any help is appreciated.Solved1.6KViews0likes22CommentsreCAPTCHA v2 and BIG-IP 13.0
Hi all, After upgrading from v12 to v13 we've lost reCAPTCHA support for our network access. We have created new CAPTCHA keys at google and new CAPTCHA-V2 profile with all settings left default. For a test, we have run network access wizard with all default settings and added new CAPTCHA to it via access policy editor, error still remains the same. Error that user receive is: Data provided for authentication is not valid. Please try again. and here's error we can see in session access report: Unexpected result while verifying CAPTCHA (/Common/CAPTCHA-V2): Couldn't perform CAPTCHA validation: Peer certificate cannot be authenticated with given CA certificates, proceeding with policy: 01KViews0likes3CommentsASM TMOS v13 Enforcement Readiness menu missing
In versions v11-v12 there was a nice feature called Enforcement Readiness under Security -> Application Security -> Policy Building which allowed me to enforce all ready entities at one time. In v13 this menu is missing, I believe that it has been moved somewhere but I can't find it. I have over 3000 signatures to enforce but under Security -> Application Security -> Attack Signatures I'm able to enforce only a few at a time.241Views0likes1Comment
