Icall script argument
Hello! How I can translate to icall script argument from APM via iRule? Example. I want generate user certificate SSL via APM. I wrote bash script, but it should be called with two argument - UserName and UserDomain. (usefull) config export to csv for partitions
Hello, I wrote a shell script to export the most important config to a csv file. This was inspired from some other posts. The script runs on bash from a LB. For the CSV import to excel, you need to change the column B(named as VIP) to TEXT and enable word-wrap to the hole chart. The script collects field by field from running system. If you have a lot of configuration it can be need some time to finish. You can start with SCRIPTNAME PARTITION > EXPORTcsv direct from bash not tmsh. I hope it helps somebody, Cheers NetSnoopy
Expiring SSL certificate alerts
I want to send out a mail from F5 when a certificate is about to expire. so far i have done this. Configured mail. did a test mail with the below code. echo "ssmtp test mail" | mail -vs "Test email for SOL15288" user@mydomain.com Below code in "/config/user_alert.conf" alert CERTIFICATE_EXPIRED "Certificate (.*) expired" { snmptrap OID=".1.3.6.1.4.1.3375.2.4.0.300"; email toaddress="user@mydomain.com" body="Certificate Expired on " } alert CERTIFICATE_WILL_EXPIRE "Certificate (.*) will expire" { snmptrap OID=".1.3.6.1.4.1.3375.2.4.0.301"; email toaddress="user@mydomain.com" body="Certificate will Expire on " } and then i run "run sys crypto check-cert" from tmsh. Still i dont get any alert mails
