1 TopicAPM F5 Client Adapter with Windows 10 Lenovo Laptops
Dear all, I would like to ask if anyone has encountered such an issue with some Windows 10 laptop being able to gain an address from APM but not being able to reach the internal subnets while the rest of laptops can. Setup APM 12.1.0 version to allow external users gain full network access plus some webtop links to internal resources. Email OTP works well by integrating with Active Directory. During our tests, two users with X1 Carbonite Windows 10 laptops were able to get an IP address by visiting the webpage fronted by an external virtual server address. I believe Active X is working because I see an F5 icon at my windows taskbar. When I did an IPconfig at command line, everything was in order. DNS-suffix was correct, IP address was from the IP Lease Pool configured inside APM, the DNS server address is correct. Except there is no default gateway seen (Which I know traffic will route to internal self-ip of the F5 appliance when I did a traceroute command) The problem is, these laptops were not able to connect to anywhere else even though in the routing table by doing route print command in Windows show the various subnets has a gateway to go to which is the IP address of assigned to the laptop by APM. The weird issue is, one currently un-owned X1 carbonite laptop worked fine but the two laptops used by my managers did not work. My colleagues and I who were using non X1 carbonite laptops with Windows 10 can gain VPN access. Anyone encountered some end-user device issue with APM? Any suggestions, please?319Views0likes2Comments
