Hi, We are deploying HA configuration between the two Viprions blades. We are running version 13.0 When deploying F5 using route domains each using separate partitions and each having its own internal/external vlans, what is the recommended HA configuration? Shall we define a separate HA-vlan for each route domain and then add them to the “failover unicast configuration” one-by-one ? how about traffic Groups ? Shall we configure a traffic group for each route domain to operate the RD Failover ?
Slightly off topic - Even if HA between blades is possible, what is the point in setting up HA between 2 Viprion blades ? They share the same chassis and power supply. The only source of redundancy is hardware between the 2 blades. You may as well use both the blades to handle traffic.
