F5 Distributed Cloud Services Simulator Connect

Hi,

I would like to try the F5 Distributed Cloud simulation.

When I access the simulator URL from the link “F5 Distributed Cloud Services Simulator - F5 Technical Articles - DevCentral - An F5 Technical Community”, I get an error. Does anyone know about this issue?

Is it not available anymore?

Thanks for any help/Guidance. Any input is much appreciated

Seems like the simulator is Under Maintenance like it says on your screenshot? Maybe try again later?

I hope it opens later…:joy: Thank you

Most of the demos are also available at Demos that I just found out today

Are the contents of the video and the simulator the same?

Did you review them ? They are not videos but similar to the simulator and they seem to cover most of the things.

Ah! I’ve used the demo before, but I think I can do more with the simulator, is it similar?

I can confirm that the Demos link is the correct new location for similar or 1:1 replacements for the simulator links.    They’re slightly different but the current demos are more relevant to the current features and use cases the Distributed Cloud Platform is solving for.  Was there a parent article that had this link or just from previous posts?

Thanks for the heads up!

“https://www.f5.com/company/blog/combat-account-takeover-fraud-with-real-time-api-security” This blog was written on February 9, 2024 and links to the same URL at the bottom, where a simulator is available.

So Are the demos currently available and the simulators I’m talking about the same thing after all?

Some of the demos are video walkthroughs. The other ones are interactive but you might need to disable site blockers since they run at f5.navattic.com within the page.  I had to turn off privacy badger to get them to load properly.

I’ll let our web team know.

To your original question, the demos marked interactive are designed to achieve the same functionality as the older simulator.f5.com link so when I can confirm the demos are working, they achieve the same result just in a slightly different way.

Thanks for your help.

Hello @shin_ho ,

It appears your issue may have been resolved, if that is accurate would you please update and Mark As Solution.

Thank you
