Pretty sure that this requires either the ACA or Client Authentication module for it to even be an option. And I guess that this will never be an option as the ACA is EOL - https://support.f5.com/csp/article/K14263

 

No LDAP, RADIUS or TACACS Authentication profiles generally available on LTM. You might need to look to APM for similar functionality.
