Recruiting a context-aware cyber army

Cyber attacks are getting more and.more sophisticated in their ways by cyber criminals, With the proper training and what to look for and get ahead of the threats. Our military I feel is gaining this knowledge very quickly and are able to take better measures now with cyber defense than decades ago. Technology changes everyday and the heinous crimes committed by terrorist and other cyber criminals I feel need to be addressed more now, because it seems cyber warfare is the biggest threat to our infrastructure and lives, so being cyber ready and informed will help communities, governments and all other critical infrastructure
