Does your data query path (in the GUI) look like this for the interface stats:

 

 

/resource/snmp_queries/f5_bigip_ifStat.xml

 

 

So it should go to (guessing) /usr/local/share/cacti/resource/snmp_queries/f5_bigip_ifStat.xml, not path_cacti/resource...
