RE "Will this move the attack and protect arms race to AI?"
My thoughts are that these tools are good at synthesizing information but can't generate original thought so they can't really outpace humans in the areas of security which require deep analysis and original ideas .... yet..... I do however think what will happen here is that the engineers who develop their "prompt engineering" skills and really harness these AI tools as assistants will outpace those that don't. The assistant won't give perfect answers in the foreseeable future but it certainly will help those who use it become more effective.
