Thanks for the tip. I am in the Seattle area, a self-proclaimed coffee mecca. The truth of that may be arguable but we do have a lot of choice in the world of coffee. Perhaps I'll get my hands on some fresh Juan Valdez beans and give them a go. Cheers.
