General database error retrieving information

Hi, all. I’m using BIG-IP LTM v11.1.0 HF4.

And I’ve installed intermidiate CA certificate. After this, “General database error retrieving information” has shown and I can’t see list of certificates (and keys).

I wanｔ to restore and be able to see lists of certificates (and keys).

What do I have to do?
