sorry, i mean ssl current, i have 8 tmm with default value cache. target for this ssl current 1 million

No problem. 
With 8 tmm’s and the max cache size of 262.144 entries, 1 Million should not be an issue.
Timeout is depending on the ssl lifetime and reuse of the sessions.
