Is CR46047 solved? - Session command causes TMM restart in CLIENT_CLOSED event
Hi,
I am trying to develop an iRule to keep track and limit the number of all active connections to a Virtual Server. Doing some research in DevCentral I found the session command, but also this note, posted by unRuleY in 03/08/2005:
"NOTE: a problem has been discovered with the session command in that it causes the tmm to restart when used in the CLIENT_CLOSED event. This makes using the session command for this kind of problem less useful. This will be fixed in a future release (CR46047)."
I would like to know if this issue has been fixed or if the only way is to use a global variable on array in my iRule. I want to keep track of the number of connections per client, but to be able to set a timeout to the connection paremeters saved.
Thank you
