WAF SNMP or RestAPI signatures monitoring

Hello, I'm looking for help to configure those things, if this is even possible:
After the update signature process, we are waiting 7 days to monitor suggestions of staging signatures with hits on them -
1. SNMP / RestAPI to make a list of all the signatures in the policy with hits.

For example -
Policy name/attack signature name/attack signature id/Status: Staging with Learning Suggestions
* and even better if can add a samples report

2. The option to send it in an email if possible
