EmployeeShawn_Conway What are your extension settings, specifically what is your concurrency mode set to? Dedicated setting specifies a separate Node.js process for each TMM. Single specifies a single Node.js process for all TMM processes. Dedicated can cause some restarts when it runs out of resources, so Single is usually better for the ADFS stuff.
For logs, it could be filtering messages if there are too many so you may need to:
modify sys db log.sdmd.level value debug
