How to manually set time in LTM
I was in the process of adding one of my LTM appliances to Big-IQ and it failed with an error message that read " Discovery of device XX.XXX.XX.XXX failed because the difference in time between this BIG-IQ and the BIG-IQ is greater than 300 seconds." I'm using the same NTP servers for both the appliance and Big-IQ. Now I simply want to know how to manually adjust the time on the LTM appliance.2.6KViews0likes1CommentHow to ensure BIG-IQ can keep log from F5 AWAF for 90 day?

Hello to All, Removing the F5 from BIG-IQ usually is not an issue as you first delete the services then the device but if you have deployed AS3 applications through the BIG-IQ ( not the standart Configure/Deploy way) then you get the error ".. Device is in use by application" and you have to delete the application on the BIG-IQ that also deletes this on the BIG-IP and then you can remove the BIG-IP from the BIG-IQ. Is there a official way to keep the deployed applications and their virtual servers on the BIG-IP and still remove the BIG-IP from the BIG-IQ?Solved1.9KViews0likes6CommentsBig-IQ HA logs
Hi, We have a BIG-IQ HA setup with 4 servers. Two DCD and two mains. One as active and the other standby. When a failover happens for whatever reason i'm assuming there is some information about that written to a log file. Does anyone know where that info is logged? Is it on the mains servers? Or would it be on the dcd's? And which file? Thanks in advanceSolved1.8KViews0likes8CommentsBIG-IQ : Error when adding device

Hi experts, Is it possible to use the TMSH in Big-IQ to manage configurations for the Big-IP that is in a Silo? Sometimes it is easier to use the TMSH to duplicate configuration, such as an SSL-client profile in the command line than clicking for each setting in the GUI. We used to do that on the Big-IP but now since they are all centrally managed by the Big-IQ, we can't do that anymore. Where is Silo stored on the Big-IQ? Is it in a specific directory? Thanks!
