Rereading The Culture Map by Erin Meyer helped remind me of some of the things I need to keep in mind when working with a global audience like the users on DevCentral.

Seeing With Fresh Eyes

The first office I worked for after college sent me to his seminar, and I wish I'd held on to those books through all the moves I've done since then. Being able to visualize data clearly and elegantly is such an art.
