I would like to know if this is normal. I use F5 Big-IP Edge client to connect my laptop on the corporate network. Currenty, and from my computer, I have no issue. But we have several computers with user blocked to Iniitalizing status and the VPN will never started... I saw that F5 has a tool for troubleshooting f5wininfo.exe.
I tested on my laptop and when I start the Network Access Diagnostic, the tool says there is no VPN Driver installed. Is-it normal (again from my laptop it's working...).
