No Source configuration available when upgrading from 15.1.9.1 to 15.1.10.2

When trying to upgrade from 15.1.9.1 to 15.1.10.2 I noticed that install configuration does not give any option for a source volume. 

I then installed an additional 15.1.10.2 boot location and when trying to install 15.1.10.2 it only gives 15.1.0.2 as a source volume.

K64400324 is interesting. I always use cpfg. It feels better to separate the activate process from the copy config process.

i beleive buggy version should take down from downloads website.
