GTM synchronization group

dears,

I configured a synchronization group between our Two GTMs, and all configurations advertised successfully to the second GTM, but I faced an issue, as after I configured any new configuration on one of them the configuration did not advertise to the second GTM, and to make the GTMs sync again the configuration  I ran gtm_add script again, 

i check this link https://my.f5.com/manage/s/article/K45907236 for how to configure the synchronization group but i did not find any configuration I missed

Add both GTMs as servers on both devices? SSL certs valid and shared? iQuery open between both devices from both a) port lockdown and b) network connectivity (ie firewalls)? NTP sync working?

thanks, whisperer, appreciate your support, the issue was solved  as I did not add one GTM to another one as a server
