Can you add command in here?. It will be good to delete unused volume from LB.
Find the below command which may help you to delete Volume in v10.x I am using these command in V11.x
V11.x command
delete /sys software volume HD1.1
install /sys software hotfix <HOTFIX>.iso create-volume volume HD1.1
Raise the support case if still having issue.
Note:Make proper plan before migration from v10.x to V11.x

Have your tried rebooting the box, if its standby give it a shot. I have experienced this in some of my boxes in the past and I reboot it. It has worked.
