In the production environment, there’s an ongoing issue where traffic from backend server 2 is causing application problems, while traffic from server 1 and server 3 isn’t impacting the customer experience. How can I troubleshoot this in the load balancer?

You can try using the following tcpdump which will save it to “/shared/tmp/” and then open it up in wireshark to see if you can see any glaring issues.

tcpdump -nni 0.0:nnp host \<server\_2\_IP\> and port \<server\_2\_port\> -w /shared/tmp/server2\_tshoot.pcap

for quick fix, you can try change the pool’s load balancing method to Fastest (Application)

if the application is http/s based, also ensure that Oneconnect is enabled for HTTP profile assigned to the virtual server.
