Hi,

I wonder if there is a way to redirect the traffic to a pool based on the actual client source IP using a policy rather then an iRule like in this [post](https://devcentral.f5.com/questions/pool-redirect-based-on-source-ip-range).

The operand “tcp” has "address “selector”. Would it be considering both source and destination?

Or my only option is to use multiple virtual servers with the “source address” field in “general properties” limited to the subnet I need?

I’d rather have multiple rule in a policy than multiple virtual servers

Thanks.

Im using in v13 this policy condition to filter based on source IP (so it can be also used to redirect):

“TCP” – “address” – “matches” – “in datagroup” – at “request” time (apply traffic on “remote” side of “external” interface)
