I performed the requested update, but when I start the connection process—including MFA—a new prompt to download the update appears. The F5 VPN fails to recognize that the update has already been installed and gets stuck in a loop, preventing successful access.

Does anyone know how to get the F5 VPN BIG-IP Access Policy Manager to recognize the update so it doesn’t ask for it again?
