# Irule redirction default sys\_https\_redirection

\_sys\_https\_redirection

Does above irule work for customize https port 8443

http running on 8080 and https on 8443…

if not help me to provide new irule for the same.

Hi Gajji,

Default irule redirects to 443. You must specify the port for others.

```tcl
when HTTP_REQUEST {
	HTTP::redirect https://[getfield [HTTP::host] ":" 1]:8443[HTTP::uri]
}

```
