Abdessamad, what do you see in the logs (/var/log/ltm, /var/log/apm, /var/log//var/tmp/scriptd.out).. Can you also paste the script that you're using? If that's not convenient, perhaps the minimum amount of code required to reproduce the issue, in particular the grep command you're using.
