why the lcd show the memory is not correct

we make two F5 LTM 1500 HA system,the virtual server and the application is ok, the HA system can switch well-balanced.but there is the strange the thing,the standby LTM 1500 lcd show using 550M memor...

You can also contact F5 Support by phone to open a case. Contact numbers by country are listed here:

If you have an active F5 Support contract and an AskF5 account that's associated with it, you should be able to log into the online Support portal to open a case, but if you had difficulty with that, Support should be able to straighten it out.
