Weblogic Setup

I have pulled in to troubleshoot newly deployed weblogic setup for the one my client. Randomly user can't print the invoice from the weblogic server. I follow the guidelines from the weblogic deployment guide

http://www.f5.com/pdf/deployment-guides/f5-weblogic-dg.pdf

I used three profiles to optimized my traffic but currently i am getting lot resets when show the profiles. I am unsure if it is good or bad, please help.
