Use of loopback IP in DSR (Layer3 npath routing)

Question

Hi Guys,&nbsp;
Can Anyone please explain the functionality of loopback (which is configured at server end) in DSR.&nbsp;
I have configured it for VIP. Traffic is reaching to VIP and VIP is forwarding that to real server (on physical interface), how it will use the loopback IP in return path?&nbsp;
