SNMP Query Fails

Version 4.5.9 I am querying for the number of connetions vi 1.3.6.1.4.1.3375.1.1.1.2.10 which seems to work for a day then stop responding. If I query using generic sysDesc, it responds. If I go in and save the snmp config, the query will start working again but seem to stop sometime before the next day.

 

 

Anyone know what process is used for that specific query and any possible reason it might stop responding?
