Create two pools, one for TCP/443 pool members and the other for TCP/8091 pool members, then select based on the requesting URI:

when HTTP_REQUEST {
    if {[HTTP::uri] equals "/"} {
        pool 443_pool
    } elseif {
        [HTTP::uri] equals "/synchrony"} {
        pool 8091_pool
    }
}
