Monitoring errors after implementing F5...

Hi there,

 

 

We use Nagios and a custom Perl script to perform URL availability checks on all of our hosted services... Perl script uses LWP to request the URLs, and then does some basic verification on the response.

 

 

Since moving some of our services from the existing Apache set-up to the F5's, we are intermittently seeing the following errors reported:

 

500 Server closed connection without sending any data back

 

 

I've checked and double-checked the script and cant find anything that might cause this. I've also checked the F5 ltm logs around the time of the reports, and also cant see anything logged...

 

 

Any ideas what could cause this response from the F5's???
