NimbostratusMonitoring Active/Standby per node
We have a total of 6 different F5 environments and would like to be notified when a node goes from Active to Standby, or vice versa...
Anyone have idea on the best way to monitor and alert for this type of condidion?
These are VE's and we have Splunk and Orion available. Does the F5 app for Splunk have something for this? We don't have that setup quite yet.

You should be able to do this by modifying the SNMP alerts to send an e-mail via Postfix. If you search Devcentral, you'll find a few how-to links. I use this for pool member up/down alerting and it works great.
