Lab licence issue "The license for this device is not operational."

Hi There,

 

I got 2 (90 days licences) for BIP IP. By following the activation process it return me back to the activation menu which is reduced to "Licencing".

 

I tried to delete and reset it up several time, still same issue.

 

I tried even 1 (45 days licence) it gave me the same.

    Could you tell us which link are you using to upload the Dossier? and if you are getting the valid Licence back after loading the Dossier on the licence site?

    Are you using Manual or Automatic licensing? In other words, on the screen where you enter your base registration, is the "Manual" or "Automatic" radio button checked?
