Assuming you want the rest of the traffic to fall into myPool, the following should work for you:
when HTTP_REQUEST {
  set myNode [findstr [HTTP::uri] "node=" 5 "&"]
  if {[catch {node $myNode}]}{
    pool myPool
  } else {
    node $myNode
  }
}
