I used the wrong email account when take Application Delivery Exam (101)
Dear everyone
I had an account problem while taking the F5 101 exam. I used the wrong email account, and I just realized it now. Is it possible for me to change the email account to another email, maybe with verification or something else?
Does anyone have experience with this?

Although the article says that the e-mail address can be changed, I saw that it cannot be changed now.

I have tried to send an email, but there is a notification that the message was not sent to the email.
but thank you in advance, maybe the email is no longer used and has been switched to another email
