I have an iapp that sends data from F5 to splunk but I need to send the data of just two specific virtual servers to splunk (not all the virtual servers), how can I do that (through the TCL scrip template)?

Yes, Its possible. There many be many option to send to send VIP login data to splunk but i am aware about two option.
Option 1. Create Request Login profile(HSL) and attach to VIP.The Request Logging profile gives you the ability to configure data within a log file for HTTP requests and responses, in accordance with specified parameters. For more information Visit
Option 2. Use iRule to send data for specific VIP. Again Limitation related to HTTP requests and responses. Search in devcentral you will find many hsl related irule. This irule may help you.
