The 3-DNS system only sees the local resolver's address, not the client's (unless 3-DNS is used as the resolver), and since it's not part of the connection between client & server other than to resolve the name, 3-DNS will never translate a client address.
The server should already be able to see the client's IP address, unless it is NAT'd by another device.
