GDPR and the F5 APM Login Screen

Hi All,

 

Has anyone here implemented a GDPR banner for the login screen of the F5 APM and for that matter, does the F5 APM Login Page Cookies actually constitute 'tracking' cookies? I'm trying to decide 1) if we need to create the banner before the user logs into the webapp and 2) the best way to approach the banner if its decided we do need one.
