Hi,
With only a screenshot of a connection failure we can't do much to help you.
Do you get this error before or after authentication?

Ok, have you ever been able to connect successfully?
Also, did you change the ending in the visual policy editor from deny to allow on the successful branch?

I was able to connect successfully, and changed nothing at my end (except installing updates). I am a user so cannot say much on the F5 APM side but F5 APM admin is saying that there are no changes from his side.
Without the admin and logging data from the APM device it will be hard to help you with this issue.
Are you allowed to connect with another laptop??

Are you able to revert the installed updates??

Unfortunately not as updates are pushed by corporate policy.
Then you have to go to the corporate helpdesk to solve this.
