F5 access issue

Hei guys

We have a problem in our unsupported F5 environment. F5 is not able to connect via GUi and CLI with any username and password (including root). We tried hard reboot and power off. But after that aswell device not connecting. Please help us to resolve this. Because of this , ha also break.
